Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd. is a large aluminium extrusion and architectural systems manufacturer headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, founded in 1984 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (code 98) on 31 March 2008 through Xingfa Aluminium Holdings Limited. From 2011 to 2018 provincial state-owned Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group and China Lesso Group became shareholders, creating a mixed state-owned/private ownership structure. Xingfa produces architectural and industrial aluminium profiles and complete window, door and curtain-wall systems, and states it has helped draft 2 international standards, 77 national standards and 33 industry standards, with more than 1,000 national patents.
