The GD32F303xB is a mainstream 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller from GigaDevice built on the Arm Cortex-M4 core with DSP instructions and floating-point support, running at up to 120 MHz with zero-wait-state flash access. It integrates up to 128 KB flash and 32 KB SRAM with three 12-bit 2.6 MSPS ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, advanced and general-purpose timers, and a broad communication set including SPI, I2C, USART/UART, I2S, USB device and CAN. The family targets industrial control, motor drives, human-machine interfaces, consumer equipment, security systems, POS and IoT devices.
