The Resona A20 is Mindray's ultra-premium cart-based diagnostic ultrasound, built on its Acoustic Intelligence Technology (AIT) platform with AFM transducers, FreeBeam beamforming and FreeIQ processing. It combines a 27-inch HD display and five active transducer ports with advanced clinical tools such as HD Scope+, Ultra Micro-Angiography, Super Resolution CEUS and STVi shear-wave viscoelastography. It is FDA 510(k) cleared (K253049, 11 February 2026) across the Resona A20 / Eagus A20 family.
