Overview

The Quectel RM520N-GL is a 5G NR Sub-6 GHz module in the M.2 form factor supporting both SA and NSA network architectures. It reaches 2.4 Gbps downlink in SA mode and 3.4 Gbps downlink in NSA mode, with LTE Cat 16/18 and 3G fallback for coverage continuity. A multi-constellation GNSS receiver and extended -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range make it suitable for industrial and FWA designs.
