The VCE2755 is a single-chip 18-bit anisotropic magneto resistive (AMR) encoder from SG Micro that integrates the AMR sensing element and ASIC in one package. It provides 0 to 360 degree absolute angle output with ±0.3 degree full-temperature accuracy, less than 2 us latency and support for speeds up to 18000 rpm, with SPI, SSI, ABZ, UVW and PWM outputs. Typical uses are BLDC and servo/stepper motor feedback, UAV and gimbal angle control, and industrial or commercial robot rotary position sensing.
