Overview
The SP-IM-007 is the pulse/analog servo drive in SP-IM-007's IS620 single-axis family, covering 0.1-7.5 kW on single-phase 220 V, three-phase 220 V and three-phase 380-440 V supplies. It runs MS1 series servo motors with 20-bit serial incremental or 23-bit multi-turn absolute encoders at 8,000,000 pulses per revolution for precise positioning. A 1.2 kHz speed loop bandwidth, above 4 kHz current loop bandwidth and 5.0-6.0 ms position settling time position it for machine tools, robots and semiconductor equipment.
