Overview

The NIO ET5 is a compact executive electric sedan produced in Hefei since September 2022, with a 150 kW front induction motor and a 210 kW rear permanent-magnet motor for 358 kW combined. It supports NIO's battery-swap network in addition to conventional charging, and can be ordered with 75 kWh LFP, 100 kWh NMC or a 150 kWh semi-solid-state pack. The 2025 facelift moved to the NT2.5 platform with a 15.6-inch AMOLED centre screen, a 50-inch AR-HUD and NIO's self-developed Shenji NX3091 ADAS chip.
