SP-SC-006 是一款 1200 V、100 A 的 IGBT 功率模块，采用二合一封装和低 VCE(sat) 沟槽栅 IGBT 技术。模块将快速软恢复反并联续流二极管与采用 DBC 技术的绝缘铜基板相结合，最大结温 175 C，短路耐受时间 10 us。适用于开关电源、感应加热和电子焊接设备。
